Today, we gathered all of our junior/senior high school students and staff in the cafeteria to surprise one of our own, Mrs. Tran! We are proud to share that Mrs. Tran has been selected as the recipient of the 2025 Henry County Community Foundation Teacher Excellence Award.
"The Teacher Excellence Award is the highest honor the Foundation bestows on an individual in education. It was created to recognize teachers who demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to inspiring students to reach for difficult and lofty goals."
As soon as Mrs. Tran's name was announced, the cafeteria erupted in cheers! The moment was a powerful reminder of how much she means to our school community.
Mrs. Tran is an outstanding science teacher who makes learning fun and engaging, whether it’s in biology or biomedical classes. Her students know she cares deeply about their success, even if science isn’t their favorite subject. She consistently goes above and beyond for both students and staff, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her on the BRV team.
