📚🌾 3rd Grade Adventures at Conner Prairie! 🎉 Our amazing 3rd graders took a step back in time with a visit to Conner Prairie! 🏞️ They got to explore Indiana's rich history, walk through interactive exhibits, and experience what life was like. From old-fashioned games to candle-making, they learned hands-on what it means to live in the 1800s. 🛶 #VikingVictories

Kindergarten and 1st grade went to Paramount Theater in Anderson! They got to watch a live action play titled "Pout Pout Fish". For lunch, Kindergarten headed over to Texas Roadhouse where we ate a yummy lunch, colored Andy the Armadillo, met their mascot Andy, sat on the saddle, sang a song, and the most fun part-making letter rolls out of their fresh dough and enjoying them for snack!!! First grade headed to the Iron Kettle in Sulphur Springs where they were treated with an ice cream surprise for doing a great job! Both groups received praise for being on their best behavior. Thank you Paramount Theater, Texas Roadhouse of Anderson, and Iron Kettle for hosting us!! We had so much fun! #VikingVictories

Jr. Vikings Basketball practice starts tomorrow night. An email went out tonight to all registered players. If you didn't get the email, check that your email address is listed correctly when you come to practice tomorrow night. We must have your correct email address on file as this is our main way to communicate throughout the season. Let's go Vikings!

Our 3rd grade Vikings had a very busy week last week! During Target, the third graders practiced their perimeter skills. In Science, students learned how clouds are made. They added hot water to bags, and watched the water vapor collect on the sides of the bags. BRV graduate Chase Houser also visited our 3rd graders to discuss what it is like being a firefighter. He talked about fire safety since October is fire safety month. #VikingVictories
